  This staff will, if the wielder desires, will turn the victim into a were creature of the wielders choice. If the victim is already a lycanthrope, it will make them a normal human or were-type (ie werewolf becomes a wolf).

  Notes: This staff has 40 charges and can not be used by any dwarf sized creatures, as this staff is made for humans. The staff can be cut down to fit a dwarf-sized person but it will lose 20 charges.
